Departments & Campaign Divisions

Whatever your interests, there are opportunities at the Federation for you to get involved, network, and help raise awareness in the community about the important work of the Federation. Entertainment Division
The Entertainment Division is a dynamic group of entertainment industry professionals who participate in a wide variety of volunteer opportunities, social events and educational programs in support of the Federation's life-saving work in Los Angeles, Israel and around the world.

Fashion Division
Made up of professionals in the Los Angeles fashion industries, this division has been in existence for many years and raises a considerable amount of the Federation’s Annual Campaign.

Financial Services Division
The Financial Services Division includes financial professionals in a very broad range of professions and services.

Health Professionals Division
The Health Professionals Division is comprised of medical professionals from many fields of practice including physicians, dentists, nurses, technicians, administrators and entrepreneurs.

Israel & Overseas Department
The Israel & Overseas Department coordinates the Federation’s activities and funding for Israel and Jewish communities worldwide.

Jewish Community Relations Committee
The JCRC serves as a voice of the Los Angeles Jewish community on issues of public policy, functions as a political advocate, takes on the challenges of social welfare, and articulates a range of positions on world events as they affect Israel and Jewish communities throughout the Diaspora.

Legal Services Division
The Legal Services Division is an active fundraising group of over 1,200 attorneys and other legal professionals. In addition to fundraising for the Federation, the division seeks to involve its members in networking and volunteer opportunities.

Real Estate and Construction Division
The Real Estate and Construction Division of The Jewish Federation is an active group of industry professionals who meet regularly to discuss trends in the real estate and construction industry and to conduct philanthropic work.

South Bay Council
The Jewish Federation South Bay Council is responsible for community development and fundraising in the South Bay, an area extending from Westchester to San Pedro with an estimated Jewish population of 40,000.

Valley Alliance
Serving a community of approximately 253,000 – 50% of the total estimated Jewish population of the Greater Los Angeles area – The Jewish Federation Valley Alliance engages in fundraising and community development initiatives throughout the Antelope, Conejo, San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Simi valleys.

Women’s Campaign
The Women's Campaign is one of the most vibrant and active divisions of The Jewish Federation, with contributions in L.A. and across the country comprising more than 20% of all contributions to the Annual Campaign.

Young Leadership Division
Jewish Federation's Young Leadership Division is a dynamic group of people – ages 25 to 45 – who are committed to building a stronger Jewish community in Los Angeles, Israel and throughout the world through community involvement, education and fund raising.
