Los Angeles Hillel Council Los Angeles Hillel Council is the Jewish presence on campus at colleges and universities, providing a program of education, social and religious activities, counseling and cultural events to more than 30,000 undergraduate and graduate students as well as faculty. Israel Experiences Project OTZMA Project OTZMA is the United Jewish Communities’ ten-month volunteer program in Israel. Started 15 years ago, this program for recent college graduates (ages 20-25) gives participants an opportunity to live and work in a variety of settings throughout Israel and to develop leadership skills. Taglit-birthright israel Taglit-birthright Israel is an international organization dedicated to bringing young people on a free, first-time peer-experience educational trip to Israel.
