With select participants, Geller Leadership Project classes are intimate and highly interactive. In addition, you will enjoy a partially subsidized weekend Shabbaton and a partially subsidized, unforgettable mission to Israel. At the end of the year-long program, you will be placed in a meaningful role within The Jewish Federation. Are you ready to step up - and stay there? The goal of the Geller Leadership Project is to recruit, train, encourage and enable a select group of young (25-40) Jewish professionals to become future leaders of our community. As a Geller Fellow, you will improve your already considerable leadership abilities and acquire more of the tools you need to make a difference in the Jewish future. The program begins each January and will challenge you, inspire you and ultimately enable you to achieve your potential. Curriculum topics, facilitated by top consultants, include:
