Entertainment Industry Leadership Institute (EILI)
Geared toward philanthropic, ambitious and young entertainment professionals, EILI is a monthly program that calls upon the most articulate and knowledgeable Jewish leaders and industry professionals to lead challenging discussions that engage and encourage new generation of community leaders within the entertainment industry. Participants take part in various volunteer activities through a number of Federation beneficiary agencies, including Beit T’Shuvah, Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters, Vista Del Mar, and others. Graduates of the year-long program are highly trained and motivated to take on leadership roles within the Federation and become an integral part of its fundraising, planning and success. Geller Leadership Project
The goal of the Geller Leadership Project is to recruit, train, encourage and enable a select group of young (25-40) Jewish professionals to become future leaders of the Jewish community in Los Angeles. As Geller Fellows, participants improve their already considerable leadership abilities and acquire more of the tools needed to make a difference in the Jewish future. The program challenges, inspires and ultimately enables participants to achieve their potential as the next generation of Jewish communal leaders. Find out more.
