Federation Leadership Programs For those interested in learning more about the community and developing the skills necessary to become a future leader, find out about the Federation's leadership programs and how to get involved. Israel Experiences Project OTZMA Project OTZMA is a 10-month, leadership development program for Jewish young adults (ages 20-26) to live and volunteer in Israel in a variety of settings. Participants make meaningful contributions to Israel through community service and educational opportunities. Federation staff and lay leaders interview candidates. Those chosen to participate receive subsidies for program fees from The Jewish Federation. Taglit-Birthright Israel Taglit-Birthright Israel is an international organization dedicated to bringing young people — ages 18 to 26 — on a free, first-time peer-experience educational trip to Israel.
