Young Leadership Division of The Jewish Federation
The Jewish Federation's Young Leadership Division (YLD) is a dynamic group of people - ages 25 to 45 - who are committed to building a stronger Jewish community in Los Angeles, Israel and throughout the world through community involvement, education and fund raising. Find out more.

Israel Experiences
Project OTZMA
Project OTZMA is a 10-month, leadership development program for Jewish young adults (ages 20-26) to live and volunteer in Israel in a variety of settings. Participants make meaningful contributions to Israel through community service and educational opportunities.  Federation staff and lay leaders interview candidates. Those chosen to participate receive subsidies for program fees from The Jewish Federation. For more information contact Teddy Seidman at (323) 761-8287 or TSeidman@JewishLA.org or visit www.otzma.org.

Taglit-Birthright Israel
Taglit-Birthright Israel is an international organization dedicated to bringing young people — ages 18 to 26 — on a free, first-time peer-experience educational trip to Israel. The Jewish Federation provides significant support to this long-term effort to strengthen Jewish community and solidarity with Israel.
