Federation Leadership Programs For those interested in learning more about the community and developing the skills necessary to become a future leader, find out about the Federation's leadership programs and how to get involved. Israel Experiences Project OTZMA Project OTZMA is the United Jewish Communities’ ten-month volunteer program in Israel. Started 15 years ago, this program for recent college graduates (ages 20-25) gives participants an opportunity to live and work in a variety of settings throughout Israel and to develop leadership skills. Taglit-birthright israel Taglit-birthright Israel is an international organization dedicated to bringing young people on a free, first-time peer-experience educational trip to Israel.
