The Jewish Federation’s Upcoming Campaign Events

• Del Rey Dinner Dance – On May 3, the Del Rey Yacht Club will host its 35th Annual Jewish Federation Dinner Dance. This year, Helene Feuerstein will be honored at the event, which will feature entertainment by comedian Mark Schiff, who has appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Night with David Letterman and has headlined at major clubs and casinos across the United States. • Men’s Night Out Event & Dinner – The Valley Alliance will host “Men’s Night Out – Dinner with A Legend” on May 5 at the Warner Center Marriott in Woodland Hills, where the featured guest will be UCLA Basketball Coach Ben Howland, one of only two coaches in men’s college basketball history to lead a team to back-to-back-to-back 30-win seasons and three consecutive Final Four appearances. Cocktails will be served at 6:00pm, and a 7:00pm dinner and program will follow. This event is open to Federation men who make a minimum gift of $500 to the Federation’s Annual Campaign. • Valley Alliance Lion of Judah Thank You Brunch – Join the Valley Alliance for their annual brunch thanking Valley Lions of Judah for their hard work and generosity throughout the year. The “Chai tea” brunch will be held on May 13 at a private home in Hidden Hills, and is open to all women who make a minimum gift of $5,000 in their own name to the Federation’s Annual Campaign. • El Caballero Golf Tournament & Dinner – The 45th Annual El Caballero Country Club Golf Tournament and Dinner will be held on May 14. Registration for the tournament begins at 9:00am, with the tournament following at 11:30am. At the dinner, which begins at 6:15pm, longtime friends of the Federation Arnold Gittelson and David Wohlgemuth will be honored with the Ben-Gurion Award.
