The Jewish Federation has been busy planning a variety of exciting events for the upcoming months. Mark your calendars to make sure you don’t miss out on any of the following campaign events:

• W.I.R.E. Speaker Series – The next installment of the W.I.R.E. (Women in Real Estate) speaker series will feature Deirdre Wallace, founder and president of The Ambrose Collection, which focuses on developing and managing eco-lifestyle boutique hotels. • Meet the Experts – Join the Health Professionals Division at the next installment of their Meet the Experts series, “Crohn’s Disease: A Model for Understanding & Treating Chronic Inflammatory Diseases”, featuring Andrew Ippoliti, MD, Director of Administration & Clinical Affairs at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. This presentation will be held at The Jewish Federation Goldsmith Center on October 27. The reception will begin at 6:30pm followed by a 7:00pm presentation. • YLD Challah-Ween Party – Celebrate Halloween with members of the Federation’s Young Leadership Division! The Challah-Ween Party will be held on October 30 at Rusty’s Surf Ranch on the Santa Monica Pier at 7:30pm, and will feature drinks, appetizers, and a DJ. To RSVP, please click here. • The Saving Lives Gala – Members of the Jewish and Russian communities will celebrate their love for Israel at the 4th annual Saving Lives Gala at The Beverly Wilshire Hotel on October 30. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served at 6:00pm, followed by the program, dinner, and dancing. Regular seating for this event costs $300; preferred seating costs $500.
