New Leaders Project (NLP)
The Federation’s New Leaders Project is an extraordinary opportunity for participants to become the Jewish civic leaders of tomorrow. Participants learn first-hand how to enhance their leadership capabilities and gain a deep knowledge and understanding of the diverse fabric of our city while working with community leaders to address some of the most critical issues facing Los Angeles. NLP creates a new generation of leaders who approach their roles grounded in Jewish values and educated on the challenges that affect both the Jewish and civic communities.
During the year-long program, participants gain a more intimate view of Los Angeles, delve into the Jewish tradition of social responsibility and learn valuable skills that help them contribute to improving our community.
Those who are selected to participate will use their vision, talents and experience to work with others to explore emerging issues facing Los Angeles, cultivate new relationships and strengthen their leadership skills to make real change. Learn more.
