David Kovac combines sophisticated humor with cleverly crafted magic routines. The Chicago Tribune named him a Trickster Hero, and he has been featured on the cover of Genii Magazine, the world’s premier periodical for magicians, mind readers, and puzzle enthusiasts. His deft, dapper performance style is drawn from the best traditions of vaudeville and refined variety theatre, and he was critically acclaimed in the role of Mr. Applegate, the Devil in the hit musical DAMN YANKEES! Headlining credits include Nashville’s House of Cards, Chicago Magic Lounge, The Magicians Agency Theater in San Antonio, Dickens Parlour Theatre in Delaware, Marvyn’s Magic Theater in La Quinta, and Kanpai Magic in NYC. He currently serves as a Trustee at The Magic Castle, where he was recently nominated for “Stage Performer of the Year.”

Hailed by the Society of American Magicians as “one of the most creative acts in the world of magic today,” Arthur Trace is only the eighth magician in the history of magic to be awarded the International Brotherhood of Magicians Gold Medal. Recently, the Academy of Magical Arts voted Arthur as Stage Magician of the Year for his exemplary performances at The Magic Castle.

Recognition from his peers has brought Arthur many exciting opportunities, such as national television appearances in seven countries, a tour of China with the Wuqiao Circus Festival, and a starring role in Monte-Carlo Magic Stars at the Princess Grace Theatre in Monaco. His unique talents have also been featured in The Magical Mystery Show at the Wintergarten Varieté in Berlin, The House of Magic in Macau, and Supermagic at Teatro Olimpico in Rome. It’s no wonder why the Chicago Tribune called him “one of magic’s bona fide superstars!”
