In honor of Jewish Disability Awareness, Acceptance & Inclusion Month we invite you to join us, and our partner Repair the World Los Angeles, to assemble hygiene kits for our unhoused neighbors on Sunday, February 12th, 2023, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Adat Ari El Synagogue. We will fill the kits with necessities including towels, toilet paper, socks, water, dental hygiene products, soap, and more. The kits will also include notes of love and encouragement to let recipients know they are seen, and that they matter. The kits will be donated to our Civic Partner, Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Care System (HOPICS), a multi-service agency which has served vulnerable communities for over three decades.
