Find your center and quiet your mind with meditation teacher Alison Laichter, founder of the Jewish Meditation Center in New York City. Drawing from the long history of contemplative practice within Judaism, Laichter infuses meditation techniques with Jewish language, intentions, texts, and understanding for an inclusive and illuminating session.
Each session will incorporate themes from upcoming Jewish holidays and traditions and include instruction, short exercises, Q&(maybe)A, and discussion.
