Journaling Workshop for Parents of Teens
In this informative and enjoyable (because why do it if there’s no joy in it?) workshop for parents of teens, Ani Tuzman will share how journaling can help bring greater perspective, compassion, insight, equanimity, and yes, joy, to parenting our teenagers.
This interactive experience is open to all. No experience with journaling required.
