Stories of Music – “Musical Journeys Through the Holocaust”

Free

How does music reflect the American Jewish experience? What does Jewish music tell us about our identities and history?

Join us to explore these questions and more through Stories of Music, an adult education project of the Lowell Milken Fund for American Jewish Music at UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music. Each Monday through June 8 from 5:00pm-6:15pm PDT (via ZOOM and Facebook live), you will have the opportunity to learn with top faculty from UCLA and the Cantors Assembly. Join for one lesson, or all of them!

Our next class in the Stories of Music online series is “Musical Journeys Through the Holocaust”, taught by Cantor Sarah Myerson of Brooklyn, NY.
