Understanding Extremism: A Guide for Today’s Educators

LACOE’s Jewish American Heritage Group, in partnership with the Equity and Social Justice Team and L.A.-based nonprofit 360Perspectives, will host a screening event of the documentary “October 8” followed by a panel discussion. The event will examine how extremist ideologies can influence K–12 schools and offer strategies for educators to address hate and promote inclusive dialogue.
