In recognition of Jewish American Heritage Month (JAHM) Jewish Federation Los Angeles is pleased to share a new set of classroom-ready resources for schools across our region highlighting prominent Jewish Americans, whose contributions have shaped U.S. history, culture, and civic life.
Each poster features a QR code linking to educator resources and lesson plans designed for K–12 classrooms across subject areas, including language arts, social studies, music, art, and library.
As the United States approaches its 250th anniversary, JAHM offers a timely opportunity to explore the enduring role of Jewish Americans in the nation’s story, from early immigrants seeking religious freedom to leaders in government, social justice, science, the arts, and beyond.
