Masa Israel
We provide over 200 individualized Israel experiences for young adults ages 18-30 – from study abroad to volunteer opportunities to internships to graduate degree programs – working in partnership with the Jewish Agency for Israel and the Israeli government.

National Young Leadership Cabinet (NYLC)
Join the National Young Leadership Cabinet (NYLC), Federation’s premier program for developing young leaders in the Jewish community. Through training and inspiration, this five-year opportunity prepares individuals to make a lasting impact. To participate, a minimum annual gift of $5,000 is required. Young Adults
NuRoots mobilizes and inspires young adults in Los Angeles to create a meaningful Jewish community. By sparking relationships and co-creating grassroots experiences, we aim to upend traditional engagement models. Our goal is to expand, diversify, and network compelling Jewish experiences and spaces for young Jewish Angelenos, enabling them to find fulfillment and sustainable, enriching communities.
