Include the Jewish Experience to Strengthen Workplace DEI for All – As organizations work on DEI initiatives, it’s important to include the Jewish experience. DEI must address rising antisemitism in the workplace and enhance outcomes for all groups. Jews are a diverse and multicultural people, and excluding them from DEI efforts is harmful. Let’s prioritize justice and equity for everyone.
