Combating Anti-Semitism and Other Forms of Hatred

Our Federation’s Community Engagement Initiative is hosting multi-part educational salon series on the rise of different forms of hatred here in the US and locally in LA. Through the series, we aim to expose community members to different voices who have varied wisdom and expertise.

Our first salon will address “What is the responsibility of community leaders,” with a focus toward the rise of Anti-Semitism with the following speakers:

  • Los Angeles Councilmember Bob Blumenfield (CD 3)
  • Arielle Mokhtarzadeh, Associate, Global Programming at Milken Institute and Former President of the UCLA Undergraduate Students Association Council
  • Scholar Rabbi Michael Berenbaum

More info and RSVP here.
