LAJAC Knowledge is Power Community Workshop

Inclusion By Design:  This session will explore how we can approach inclusive practices proactively rather than reactively. We will work to understand what it means to cultivate an inclusive mindset throughout all aspects of Jewish communal life. We will explore common challenges, important concepts and the role we each have in making inclusion successful. Participants will have the opportunity to think about their own Jewish organizational setting and will walk away with concrete ideas and a to-do list to help create or sustain an inclusive vision.
