The Meaning of Passover: A Concert to Celebrate Freedom

The Los Angeles Jewish Symphony returns to the newly refurbished Gindi Auditorium with Dr. Dee & the BYTHAX Singers for an exhilarating concert celebrating music from our shared Jewish and Black history of slavery and the journey towards freedom.

The Meaning of Passover:  A Concert to Celebrate Freedom

 

Join us when this combined group of captivating singers and instrumentalists performs two holiday-themed cantatas: The Pesach Cantata by Raymond Goldstein, featuring Cantor Netanel “Nati” Baram of Beverly Hills Synagogue and visiting artists from Israel, Colin Schachat and Raymond Goldstein; In the Day That I Cried Out, a gospel cantata based on the Psalms of David, by Grammy Award-winning composer/conductor Lucas Richman.
