All proceeds from this event will be dedicated to supporting the Darca School, Mekif H’ Ashkelon, one of the 47 schools in our network. Due to its close proximity to the Gaza border, Mekif H’ is experiencing acute and significant challenges as the war continues in Israel — The school has faced damage due to rocket-fire, as well as tragedy, and loss. The funds raised during our Winter Benefit will be allocated to cover the school’s operational expenses, ensuring that our students can regain a semblance of normalcy when they eventually return to in-person learning.

Darca Mekif H’ High school is a six-year middle & high school in Ashkelon. This schools serves a diverse student population both academically and in terms of socio-economic background. The school believes that excellence should be a quality routine. They empower their students through education for formative leadership, while simultaneously addressing the diverse population, fostering academic achievements and instilling values with a constant aspiration for personal and social excellence.
