Guided Meditation and Reflections for Parents of Teens
In February’s Guided Meditation & Reflections, we will explore our own relationship to risk and how we parent our teens around safe and healthy risk-taking. How does risk help us, and our teens gain important experience, self-awareness and growth? We will explore how mindfulness and breathing practice can build resilience and presence, so we make smart(er) choices in our lives and as parents.
