Teens Transformed by Community Internship Program

Teens transformed by Community Internship Program. Inspiring words from seven teens who made an impact during the program’s commencement ceremony. LAJTI’s internship provided real-world skills at Jewish nonprofit organizations throughout Los Angeles. Interns expressed surprise at the level of responsibility given to them. The program aims to open up the real world to high school students and encourage their contribution to society.

The visit was organized by the Community Engagement Strategic Initiative, which promotes civic involvement to protect Israel and improve Los Angeles.
